How the Process Works

Project Definition

      When you choose Annobit to provide your IT services, all projects start out with a project definition meeting. During this meeting, our consultants will discuss the ins and outs of your project with you to define exactly what your business needs. Once we have a good understanding of the project requirements, we will issue a preliminary quote estimate, and give you the opportunity to accept the project terms. With acceptance of a custom software project, we will begin working on a prototype; with other consultation projects, we will research pricing for supplies and equipment to help determine the required budget.

Making the Deal

      After the project definition is complete, we will bring you a detailed plan and/or a prototype for the project. You will have the opportunity to determine if the project layout will suit your needs and we will be able to provide a more definitive quote at this time. After any necessary changes are considered, we will present a contract to seal the deal.

Project Execution

      At this stage, all parties have agreed on the contract terms, and we will begin working on the project. We will maintain close contact with you in order to make sure you receive exactly what you need. This phase will also include any testing and implementation necessary to deliver a high quality project.

      Annobit offers support options to help keep your business operating smoothly. From telephone technical support to on site training, we will be there to back our projects.
